Refund & Pickup Policy

To ensure maximum freshness and fairness for all of our daily guests, we use these clear fulfillment rules to manage your custom orders and counter pickups.

1. Signature Cake Orders

Because our whole celebration cakes require significant time and premium ingredients, you must cancel your order at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Daily Counter Reservations

Any items reserved via our "Call to Hold" panel must be picked up by our scheduled closing time on the day of the request. Unclaimed items at the end of the business day will be released and are non-refundable.

3. Quality Satisfaction

We take great pride in our baking and want you to love your treat. If you are unhappy with the quality or freshness of your purchase, please bring the item back to our counter within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.

4. Third-Party Deliveries

For all orders placed through external apps like UberEats or DoorDash, the delivery platform is responsible for the transport. Please report any delivery damage or missing items directly through the app to receive a refund.
